About Me

My career in real estate is a natural fit for me, and I feel humbled and privileged to professionally practice something I enjoy and excel at. Several life experiences have afforded me a significant breadth and depth of knowledge in all-things real estate, and I draw on this knowledge every day in assisting my clients.

I have been exposed to construction and land development my whole life from my dad, who has operated a successful custom home building and land development business in the area for 20+ years. I have served as the elected president of an HOA board, successfully leading and representing the interests of a 42-household community. I have personal experience in tenant management and as a landlord. I have worked in tandem with developers to navigate and finalize complicated land development projects, and worked in tandem with local municipalities and townships to address residential and zoning related concerns to the benefit of the community. I have successfully listed and sold dozens of homes- both new-construction and resale- in a wide range of communities and price points. And I have successfully helped buyers I represent to find the home of their dreams, and ensure that home gets to settlement smoothly.

My education has also benefited my career as a Realtor. A 2011 graduate of Gettysburg High School, my senior year I won the South Central Pennsylvania District Title in Lincoln Douglass Debate (my family and fiancé can confirm that I’ve retained the debate skills, and I can confirm that I put them to use in negotiating on my clients’ behalf). I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Honors College in 2015 having double-majored in philosophy and political science- rigorous programs which sharpened my critical thinking skills and faculties of reason, while also developing and fortifying my moral compass. I studied and interned abroad in London my senior year for a major UK political party, and that experience further developed my competence in fast-paced work environments (a skill that comes in handy in this market!)

What is most important to me about my job, though, and what I most cherish about it, is the opportunity it presents me to befriend and assist so many good and hardworking neighbors here in South Central PA in achieving their real estate goals. The people of South Central PA are the best of the best, and my job is so fulfilling in allowing me to play a small role in the life journeys of the good folks I meet. I love our area so much, I’ve actually started an Instagram passion project dedicated to it- find me on IG @southcentralpennsylvania.

When I’m not selling real estate, I’m probably in Michaux State Forest, on the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail, or somewhere else in South Central PA biking, hiking, kayaking, or skiing. I’m a big fan of both mountain and gravel biking, including bike touring- a highlight being my five-day, 333-mile journey from Pittsburgh to D.C. along the Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal Towpath. I also created and moderate a 40,000+ member online community dedicated to gravel and adventure biking, which has been a fun addition to my hobbies and interests.

If you’re considering buying or selling a home in Cumberland, Adams, Franklin, York, Perry, or Dauphin counties, or have any questions about anything real estate related, please feel free to contact me, anytime!
